
Bangkok is preparing for one of its most meaningful and vibrant celebrations yet — Bangkok Pride Festival 2026.
Recognized as the largest LGBTQ+ Pride Month celebration in Thailand and Southeast Asia, this year’s festival carries extraordinary historical significance. Following the official enforcement of Thailand’s Marriage Equality Act, Thailand becomes the first country in Southeast Asia to fully legalize same-sex marriage, making Bangkok Pride 2026 a landmark celebration of love, equality, diversity, and inclusion.

The annual Pride Parade returns larger than ever with an expanded 4.8-kilometer route through central Bangkok.

The celebration concludes with performances including a special appearance by Thailand’s legendary contemporary Mo Lam performers.
Best of all — joining the parade is completely free for everyone.
With Thailand’s new marriage equality laws in place, attendance is expected to exceed 500,000 participants from around the world, making this one of the largest Pride celebrations in Asia.
Participants will march across six color-coded movements:
Patch of Harmony – Peace and human rights
Patch of Unity – Safety and ending violence
Patch of Identity – Identity and gender recognition
Patch of Dignity – Equality and labour rights
Patch of Love – Marriage equality and family rights
Patch of Spirit – Diversity, culture, and artistic expression
